Story

Eduresearch Linksmind LLP, previously known as Success Finder Eduventures was founded back in 2012 in Burdwan West Bengal. In its initial days, it was a successful IIT-JEE coaching institute which trained over 200+ students for JEE and NEET in it's due course of time. The institute faced roadblocks in it's progression due to unavailability of good Trainers that matched the specific, personalised needs of students. The roadblock acted as sort of an eureka moment for Mr. Jyotirmoy Mondal, who came up with the incredible idea of connecting learners (students) and trainers(teachers) via an online platform. The main motto of which was to make education more personalized to the specific needs of learners. The mental model came to life with Eduresearch Linksmind LLP (Linksmind) in 2019 with its operations lifting off in Burdwan, Durgapur, Asansol, and Kolkata. Till date, Linksmind has been successful in matching the personalized learning needs of over 1000+ students in direct, and indirect ways, with over 5000+ teachers registered on the platform.

About Us

Eduresearch Linksmind LLP (Linksmind) is an aggregator platform that aims to provide Artificial Intelligence (AI) based personalized learning solutions to learners with respect to their learning style. Linksmind uses a series of hand crafted assessment tools to uncover the learning needs of a learner and helps them connect with the most relevant tutor or mentor through online or offline mediums, mapping the tutor or teacher as per the specific learning style of the student.

Performance of tutor and student is continuously monitored via Linksmind's assessment dashboard. Linksmind has standardized the content via RFID based learning content kits. The content in the learning kit is dynamic in nature and varies as per learning style of the student. Tutors and teachers need to create a profile on the platform, which is verified by Linksmind's learners’ experience management team. Teachers and tutors also need to go through a series of assessments that helps uncover their teaching style.

Linksmind aims to provide highly experienced teachers and vocational trainers carefully chosen and verified, to be highly adaptive in delivering personalized classes.
