TERMS AND CONDITION OF SERVICE FROM COMPANY TO ANY ANONYMOUS USER

1.www.linksmind.com is free for everyone to use blog and earning followers in blog segment
2.Any user can search for tutors as per their requirement
3.Contents created in blog or in Teacher or student profile is not regulated by company, yes if a user is spammed then Linksmind can take action against such contents in form of deletion and removal
4.Profile can be blocked or suspended in breaking the above mentioned protocols

TERMS AND CONDITION OF SERVICE FROM COMPANY TO STUDENTS

1.Every student must have a student profile in www.linksmind.com
2.After Demo class, if student or parents confirm the tuition they will pay the fees in advance basis, as per their bill
3.They will give regular attendance after class
4.Curriculum, Notes, Pedagogy and Learning Materials are provided by company digitally – Must not be used in other purpose other than self-learning. Copyright of Eduresearch Linksmind LLP
5.Parents or Student will not request to teacher to take personal class apart from platform, if brought to notice, They will be fined UPTO INR 70,000/- or LEGAL ACTION CAN BE TAKEN (if STUDENT is adult) or HIS OR HER parents if HE/SHE is a minor.(Must be proved in Indian Court of Law). Teacher is asset to company and claiming rights over their service without Eduresearch Linksmind LLP is act of theft under our service context.
6.Student will upload regular homework’s and assignments in system of Eduresearch Linksmind LLP
7.If Student do not attend class over 4 weeks his/her booking will be cancelled
8.A parent can take maximum demo of two teacher for one subject in one academic year. Rejecting maximum of two teachers, in one academic year after demo confirmation maximum of 3 such cases in entire life time, will lead to denial of services from Company. We believe rejecting teacher multiple time affects “DIGNITY OF TEACHER” as he or she is a respected being in the society.
9.Whatever student Learn that is content created verbally or in written, during teaching, is sole personal property of teacher, company will never take rights of such contents.
10.Student will never abuse mentally or physically to teacher. If brought to notice, company will disown student and revoke him/her.
11.This terms and condition do not stops student from taking any other classes of any other teacher apart from www.linksmind.com
12.In case of missed class, refund is not applicable. Except, you can fulfil the amount by taking the services
13.Cancellation of a class prior to start of 4 hours is considered as class.
14.If teacher comes for taking class and student do not attend, it is considered as class.
15.Medical paid leave is given to teacher with maximum of one week, if teacher proves it via medical proves. Applicable only after 4 months of start of tuition and maximum of 2 such occasion. Must be approved by MD of Company.
16.If a teacher of Eduresearch Linksmind LLP requests student of Eduresearch Linksmind LLP or his or her parents to take personal class. If brought to notice and proved on legal grounds, teacher will be penalized and sum of 10000/- INR will be provided to parents as PRIZE MONEY and they will be identified as a whistle blower.
17.For Appointing Female teacher submission of Government ID proof is mandatory from parent’s side.
18.It is true to knowledge that Eduresearch Linksmind LLP is a purely Internet connecting platform, which provide services TEACHING through verified and certified teachers (we don’t own the teachers), Performance management, Attendance System, Notes Management. Company takes up the responsibility of Identifying need of the child and provide you the service with perfect mentor match.
19.Rejecting of teacher without “PROPER REASON” will affect teacher rating and he or she will not get any tuition in near future.
20.12% Service charge is taken from Student for the services that company gives, this service charge is calculated over basic fees of Teacher. Services provided by company is connecting with verified mentor, learning content, performance management in form of dashboard which have features like QMS Attendance etc.
21. Total fees paid by parents or students include Service charge of the company and the tutorial fees of the teacher. Services provided by company is connecting and conducting the tutorial course with verified mentor, learning content, and performance management in form of dashboard which have features like QMS Attendance etc.

TERMS AND CONDITION OF SERVICE FROM COMPANY TO TEACHERS

1. Tutor fees will be determined by the company as per his or her qualification and rating. It will be hiked time to time as per improvement in tutorial services. Fees will not be hiked unless one year in the platform or one academic year completes, which ever in days is more. Tutor fees is present in their dashboard in “interested to teach section”
2. We do not charge anything from teacher’s basic fees other than TDS.We collect our service charge from parents
3. Tutor will teach as per the content guidelines of EDURESEARCH LINKSMIND LLP
4. 1% TDS is deducted from teacher fees per class basis
5. Tutor will get the payments, for the number of classes they take.
6. Tutor Information that tutor gives in website( www.linksmind.com) is true to their knowledge and utmost good faith
7. Tutor will never collect fees in cash or any digital payments in their personal account
8. Tutor will never contact any student personally or conduct any personal class. If brought to notice, company will take legal action against such tutors.
9. If Tutor identify such situation where parents are giving Tutor personal, Tutor will bring the fact to company’s notice and he or she will be identified whistle blower. Company will take legal actions against such parents and vice versa. (Whistle blower gets rewards up to INR 50000/- if case is proved under certain rules and regulations)
10. Whatever Tutor teach that is content created verbally or in written, during teaching other than CONTENTS PREDIFINED BY COMPANY, is sole personal property of Tutor, company will never take rights of such contents.
11. Tutor will never abuse mentally or physically to students. If bring to notice, company will disown tutor.
12. If Tutor is blocked from platform or banned from platform for bad rating, bad demo class or violating life time valuation of a tuition, Tutor will not be able to question the company. Tutorial services could be opened by paying the penalty charges decided by the company

14. If a tuition class do not last for 12 months or one academic season, one month fees will be deducted from teacher. That is if Tutor leave the tuition within 12 months or one academic season or parents remove you.
15. EXCEPTIONS To Point 13: Serious Medical Condition – Supporting medical documents need to be provided applicable to both parties, will be cross checked physically by company representative. Permanent Shifting – Proper documents like train ticket or plane ticket need to be provided along with shifting address with proper agreement from land owner, if self-house prove of house ownership like electric bill, municipality proof in new address. Applicable for both parties. Marriage- Marriage card must be provided or marriage certificate dated within 12 Months or one academic season. JOB- For same city job, it is not applicable. Applicable only for other city job (other than current residential city). Prove to be provided joining letter mentioning job location and first month pay slip. PROMOTION- Student promotion to new class
16. If Tutor are removed by parents from ongoing tuitions within 12 months or one academic season, more than one occasion without valid reason with maximum such cases of four in entire life time, will lead to final blockage from platform. Life time service will not be provided.
17. If Tutor are rejected by parents by maximum three demo sessions, teacher is blocked from platform in life time basis. Teacher profile will not be unlocked at any conditions 18. PAY CYCLE OF TEACHER

1.Teacher will not receive any payment unless teacher complete his or her “class cycle” as per Column 2 assigned in subscription structure in Column 1
2.Teacher will be given his or her due amount, if there is no re-subscription only if the cases fall under Exceptions 14
